Multiplex Development Ltd is a temporary employment agency. We introduce temporary workers (“Workers”) to businesses and individuals requiring temporary labour (“Clients”) primarily within the construction sector. Our services include candidate sourcing, compliance verification, payroll administration, and workforce management.

We act as the employer of record for temporary workers placed with our clients unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Use of This Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not:

  • Infringe any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
  • Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material.
  • Transmit any data that contains viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website, systems, or networks.

4. Terms for Workers

By applying for a position through us, you confirm that:

  • You have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
  • All information and documentation you provide is accurate and authentic.
  • You hold all qualifications and certifications stated, including any required CSCS card.
  • You will comply with the site rules, health and safety requirements, and reasonable instructions of the client to whom you are assigned.
  • You will inform us immediately of any change in your circumstances that may affect your eligibility to work.

Providing false information is a serious matter and may result in immediate termination of any engagement and referral to the relevant authorities.

5. Terms for Clients

By engaging our services to supply temporary workers, you agree to:

  • Pay our invoices in accordance with agreed payment terms.
  • Notify us promptly of any complaints, incidents, or concerns regarding a worker we have supplied.
  • Provide a safe working environment that complies with all applicable health and safety legislation.
  • Not engage or attempt to engage a worker introduced to you by us on a direct basis (outside of our agency) within 12 months of the last introduction without our written consent or without paying the applicable transfer fee.
  • Keep confidential any information provided to you about workers that is not already in the public domain.

6. Fees and Payment

Our fees for supplying temporary workers are as agreed in writing between us and the client prior to commencement of any engagement. Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date.
  • We reserve the right to charge statutory interest on overdue invoices under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
  • All fees are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT will be added at the prevailing rate where applicable.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of this website or our services.
  • Our total aggregate liability to any party in connection with these terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by that party to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
  • Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

All content on this website, including text, design, graphics, and code, is the property of Multiplex Development Ltd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
